Gegham Manukyan: I Started Negotiations from Zero Point

Every time he faces his defeat, the collapse, and the situation he has brought the country into, he tries to shift the blame onto the previous administrations.

This was stated today by Gegham Manukyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" faction, during a conversation with journalists.

"He said, 'I started negotiations from zero point, I began from my own point.' Starting from zero point, he made such contradictory statements and positions that even the international community has turned away from the Armenian side," he noted.
