Boxing European Championships: Arthur Bazeyan has achieved a brilliant victory over a representative from Turkey, securing at least a bronze medal. This was reported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia.

During the ongoing European Boxing Championships in Yerevan, Armenian athlete Arthur Bazeyan faced Turkish boxer Betuhan Sıtfi in the quarter-finals of the 57 kg category and celebrated a stunning victory, advancing to the semi-finals.

After securing his victory and ensuring a bronze medal, Bazeyan stated that he was only focused on winning. “Thank God, I managed to win. I was well-prepared for this match and was only focused on victory,” he said.

In the quarter-finals, 67 kg boxer Gurgen Madoyan and heavyweight Davit Chalayans also competed, but unfortunately suffered disappointing defeats and were eliminated from further contention.
