More than an hour has passed, creating an emergency situation in Yerevan. Around 15:15, the 9-11 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report that the water supply pipeline intended for drinking water at the Mher Mkrtchyan Theater, located at 18 Khorenatsi Street, had been damaged, and water was flowing abundantly, flooding the first floor.
