Composition of Armenian Commission on Border Demarcation Revealed, Pashinyan Signs Decision
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has made a decision to establish a commission on the demarcation of the state border and border security issues between the Republic of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The information was published on the government’s e-gov platform.
According to the decision, the chairman of the commission will be Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. The commission members are:
- M. Safaryan - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
- A. Sargsyan - Deputy Minister of Defense
- G. Minasyan - Deputy Minister of Justice
- H. Harutyunyan - Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure
- N. Avagyan - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Cadastre
- A. Gugarats - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Cadastre
- Y. Kirakosyan - Representative for International Legal Issues
- A. Martikyan - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces
- D. Sanamyan - Head of the Department of the National Security Service
- A. Maralchyan - Commander of the Border Troops of the National Security Service
- S. Petrosyan - Head of Geospatial Service of the Armed Forces General Staff
