Collapse in Gyumri City: One Injured
On April 20, at 12:43 PM, the Shirak regional crisis management center received a report that a wall of one of the houses near the "Araks" hotel in Gyumri had collapsed, resulting in one injury.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that an operational group from the regional rescue department and a firefighting team have been dispatched to the scene.
According to preliminary data, the wall collapsed while construction work was being carried out, causing one of the workers to become trapped in a pit adjacent to the wall. The worker is conscious.
Rescuers have managed to extract the worker from the pit and have brought him to the ambulance.
