Goris–Kapan Road Is Not Closed: Regional Administration Comments on What Road It Is
Today, the newspaper "Hraparak" reported that traffic on the Goris-Kapan road has been halted due to Azerbaijani armed forces placing concrete barriers and barbed wire on the road. A photograph was also published as evidence.
Auroranews has learned from the Syunik regional administration that this concerns a road that has long been under Azerbaijani control, where they have set up checkpoints.
