Russians Warned About Salmonella in Kinder Confectionery
Russian authorities have warned that salmonella-contaminated children's products could be circulating in the market, as reported by 1prime.ru, citing the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor). The agency is already taking measures to remove dangerous products from circulation.
It has been noted that salmonella may be present in the following products: Kinder happy moments, Kinder circus, Kinder mix, Kinder uovo maxi, schokobons, mix cross cat kinder, happy snack.
Previously, the Italian manufacturer Ferrero had initiated a recall of Kinder chocolate eggs in several European countries, the United States, and the Middle East due to the risk of salmonellosis. It is clarified that the batches produced at the Belgian factory in Arlon were subject to the recall.
