Recall that yesterday, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Azerbaijan had withdrawn its units from the territory of Parukh in Nagorno-Karabakh following negotiations. This was followed by a statement from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which expressed regret that the points reflected in the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation dated March 27, 2022, do not correspond to reality.
