Artsakh's Foreign Ministry Issues Statement

It is commendable that the international community, both at the level of foreign policy departments and among individual political and public figures, condemns Azerbaijan's provocative actions aimed at escalating tensions and terrorizing the population of Artsakh.

We are confident that the unequivocal position of the international community regarding Azerbaijan's attempts to create a humanitarian disaster in Artsakh and to incite a new war will be a significant collective contribution to stabilizing the situation.

We believe that Russia's peacekeeping efforts and the clear and appropriate stance of the international community, complemented by political measures, will deprive Azerbaijan of the opportunity to classify systematic gross violations of the rights of Artsakh's residents as part of its internal affairs.
