How Snow Clearing Works in Stepanakert

Today, on March 21, under the instructions of the Artsakh President, employees of all state institutions have carried out snow clearing operations in the adjacent areas around their workplaces. This was reported by Artsakhpress.

In an interview with the media outlet, Marine Hakobjanyan, head of the public relations and information policy coordination division of the President's staff, stated that the President's office is also involved in the snow clearing efforts in the capital.

“For all of us, the unprecedented precipitation of snow in recent years in Artsakh is a significant phenomenon. It is not right to leave the snow clearing operations in the Republic solely on the corresponding structures of the Stepanakert City Hall, considering the limited resources and capabilities. It is the duty of each of us to participate in the snow clearing operations and contribute to the restoration of the capital's vital activities, so that there are no disruptions and all services operate normally,” emphasized Hakobjanyan.
