Ceremony of Inauguration of the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan Has Started
Today marks the inauguration ceremony of Vahagn Khachaturyan as the President of the Republic of Armenia. According to the Constitution of the Republic, the President is the head of state. The President ensures the observance of the Constitution.
The President acts impartially in exercising his powers and is guided solely by state and national interests. The President performs his functions through powers defined by the Constitution. The President is elected for a term of seven years.
