A 5-Point Document Sent to Armenia, Says Bayramov
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has announced that Azerbaijan has sent a 5-point document to Armenia regarding the normalization of relations. This was reported by Azerbaijani media.
Bayramov also mentioned that they are expecting a response from Armenia. "If Armenia sincerely wants to normalize relations, this is a very good opportunity for them," said Bayramov.
Bayramov noted that among the proposals is a provision concerning the delimitation of borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In order to start the process, the Azerbaijani diplomat insisted that Armenia must refrain from setting preconditions and a bilateral working group should be established.
