Combat Alert Declared in Artsakh: Mika Badalyan
Leader of the Liberation Movement Mika Badalyan reports that a combat alert has been declared in Artsakh. It should be noted that this information is unofficial.
As previously reported, the Azerbaijani side has repeatedly engaged in provocations since last night. On March 9, Azerbaijani armed forces have been actively firing on various administrative areas of the Artsakh Republic, including the communities of Kharamort and Nakhijevanik in the Askeran region, as well as the communities of Khnushinak and Karmir Shuka in the Martuni region, using weapons of different calibers, including mortars. This activity is disrupting all types of agricultural work and obstructing the free movement of residents.
The Artsakh Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement regarding the situation: “Considering the created situation, law enforcement agencies are taking all possible measures to document the criminal actions of the Azerbaijani side and their consequences.” During the day, threats were again heard from the Azerbaijani combat outpost near the Kharamort community, warning of “using force and abandoning the territory,” the statement added.
