Defense Ministry Employee Electrocutes Himself and Dies
A 49-year-old man has died after being electrocuted while performing maintenance work on the electrical panel of his car wash in the village of Choratan, Tavush.
The information was reported by Shamshyan.com, which added that the tragic incident occurred yesterday, February 26. Around 6:00 PM, Vachik Aperyan, a resident of Tavush, was electrocuted at his car wash.
In connection with the incident, the Tavush regional investigative department's Berd investigative division is preparing materials. Following the investigator's decision, several examinations have been assigned, including a forensic examination of the body.
According to G. Shamshyan's reports, the deceased was serving in a financial leadership role at the Armenian Ministry of Defense's military unit N.
