US Intelligence Agencies Suggest Biden to 'Disconnect the Internet' and 'Cut Power' to Russia
US intelligence agencies are proposing President Joe Biden various options for conducting strikes against Russia, including undermining internet connectivity, shutting down electricity supply, and destabilizing railway operations to 'disrupt' Russia's ability to support military operations in Ukraine. This was reported by NBC News.
Two American intelligence officers, one Western intelligence representative, and another individual familiar with the matter indicated that no final decisions have been made yet, but the options suggested to Biden are substantial.
According to a source, 'You can do anything from slowing down trains to derailing them.'
The American intelligence services are also separately considering the option of a 'widespread cyberattack' on Russian resources.
