Ukrainian Conflict Could 'Spread' to Other European Countries, Says German Chancellor
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has warned German citizens that the Ukrainian conflict could 'spread' to other European countries, TASS reports.
He emphasized that the West does not accept Russia's military actions in Ukraine, describing them as an attempt to 'shift borders by force and remove an entire country from the world map.'
'President Putin is deliberately violating the UN Charter and the fundamental principles of the European order,' Scholz stated. He mentioned that Moscow will pay a 'high price,' and sanctions will 'affect the Russian economy.'
