The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, is currently on a working visit to Moscow. Sources from InfoPort.am have reported that the President of Artsakh has met with various Russian officials. During the meetings, issues related to defense, humanitarian aid, and other sectors were discussed. According to the source, the outcomes of the meetings were satisfactory to both parties.

In a conversation with Auroranews, the press secretary of the Artsakh President, Lusine Avanesyan, stated that she does not comment on the circulating information, neither confirming nor denying it.

Our observation is that usually, official statements are issued during such visits. When asked if there was any statement released, she said that no announcements have been made.
