The former head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Armenian Police, Mnatsakan Bichakhchyan, raised some important questions:
"According to Article 124.1 of the Criminal Code, there is responsibility for infecting someone with the coronavirus. Can someone describe the objective side of this crime? In other words, how will the act manifest and how will we prove that it was this person who infected someone else? If it is a deliberate act, does the person need to know they are ill and then cough or sneeze from one meter away? But it could be that they are not infected by that person, but by another. Or, for instance, if a person does not know that they are infected, how should we proceed? Questions, questions..."
