Hospital Updates on Condition of Child Severely Injured in Artsakh
The child who sustained severe injuries in a car accident in the city of Artsakh's Chartar has been transported to Yerevan via Russian peacekeepers' helicopter. The child is currently in the intensive care unit of the 'St. Astvatsamayr' Medical Center.
This information was shared on Facebook by the press spokesperson of the 'St. Astvatsamayr' Medical Center, Gevorg Derzyan: 'The child has a severe spinal fracture, vertebra and rib fractures, as well as a contusion of the right hemisphere of the brain. All necessary examinations have been completed, and the child is undergoing treatment. The condition is assessed as stable but serious. There is no threat to life, and the child is under the supervision of doctors at the 'St. Astvatsamayr' Medical Center.'
Earlier, the Prime Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, reported that the child had been transported to Yerevan by Russian peacekeepers following the severe injuries sustained in the car accident.
