It is Too Early to Discuss the Stabilization of the Situation in Kazakhstan: Zas
It is still too early to discuss the stabilization of the situation in Kazakhstan, but a breakthrough has occurred. This was stated by the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Stanislav Zas, in an interview with Russia 24 television.
“The state of emergency is still in effect, and it has been lifted in five regions. It will also be canceled in several other regions,” he said.
According to the CSTO Secretary General, a phased easing of restrictions is underway. “It is probably still too early to say that the situation has been stabilized,” Zas noted.
