Increases in Pensions for Employees of Security Bodies in Artsakh

As of January 1, 2022, increases have been made to the pensions of employees working in security bodies in Artsakh. This information was reported by the Artsakh information headquarters.

Specifically, through the increase in salary coefficients for the personnel of the National Security Service, Police, and the State Emergency Service, their pensions have increased by an average of about 17 percent. Additionally, the pensions for the servicemen of the Defense Army have been raised in the form of a monthly supplement of 25,000 drams.

It is also noted that due to a number of legal and technical procedures, only the pensions of the mentioned groups will be paid in January at the 2021 rates to avoid delays in payments. The increased amounts will be paid in February, including the unpaid portion for January.
