What is the situation on Armenia's roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there is a closed road in the territory of Armenia.

The road from the Amberd Fortress to Kar Lake in the Aragatsotn region is closed.

There is black ice in places on the Vardenyats Pass, as well as on the Gyumri-Bavra, Gyumri-Vanadzor roads in the Shirak region and on the roads in the Syunik region.

There is fog in the Ashtarak region of Shirak.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the North Ossetia Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
