Robbery at the Home of a Bank's Legal Department Head in Yerevan: Gold, Silver Jewelry and Cash Stolen
According to Shamshyan.com, a criminal case has been initiated regarding a large-scale theft in the Malatia-Sebastia Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
As reported by Shamshyan.com, the case was opened on December 6, following a report received by the Malatia police department.
On that day, around noon, a 42-year-old resident of Yerevan, identified as David A., reported to the Malatia police that a day earlier, an unknown individual or individuals had used a modified key to unlock his front door, entered his home, and stolen gold and silver jewelry, as well as cash.
The operational group from the Malatia police department and the investigative team from the Malatia-Sebastia Investigation Department arrived at the scene. David A. informed the authorities that he works as the head of the legal department at Araratbank CJSC.
