ICRC Representatives Visit Soldiers Captured by Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have visited soldiers captured by Azerbaijan for the first time, following the military operations on November 16. This was reported by the head of the ICRC communication programs in Armenia, Zara Amatuni.
Amatuni noted that they also visited other prisoners of war and detainees held in Azerbaijan. The ICRC representatives gathered information about the health condition of the detainees, familiarized themselves with the conditions of their detention, and helped establish contact with their families.
