Political scientist Robert Margaryan's Facebook post states: “The foreign ministers of the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group have released a statement, where only in the last paragraph there is a mention of Artsakh with the following phrasing: ‘to find comprehensive solutions to all issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict or arising from it.’ Not a word about the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh. And just like that, the fate of Artsakh is smoothly removed from the agenda.”
