Search Operations for Fallen Soldiers and Civilians Resume After Short Break
After a short pause, search operations for the remains of fallen soldiers and civilians have resumed today. A rescue team conducted searches in the northeastern region of the Republic of Artsakh, heading towards Mataghis. Operations in this particular area yielded no results, according to information from the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
However, as a result of search operations carried out by the Defense Army in the Martuni region, one more body has been discovered. Its identity will be confirmed following forensic examination.
Thus far, since the ceasefire and as a result of exchange operations of remains with the Azerbaijani side, a total of 1,703 bodies have been evacuated.
