What the Russians Told the Azerbaijani President
Colonel Boris Avagyan wrote on Facebook: "Dear friends,
During yesterday's negotiations, the Azerbaijani president (Aliyev) was informed by the Russian side that if Azerbaijan continues to be Turkey's proxy and organizes military provocations, then Russia's response will be very harsh.
It was also stated that the status of Artsakh will be resolved within the framework of the Minsk Group, and an ultimatum has been issued to return all Armenian detainees and prisoners of war as soon as possible."
