Trilateral Meeting to Take Place: Lavrov
A trilateral meeting involving the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh will take place, but a consensus among the parties is necessary for this to happen, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference today.
"A consensus is required for the meeting, so that all those who are planning to meet agree with this. I am confident that such a meeting will occur," Lavrov said.
