Armenia Faces Serious Challenges Threatening National Security, Says Pashinyan
As with a year ago, when we held the next session of the Intergovernmental Council, Armenia again faces serious challenges threatening its security. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the expanded session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on November 19.
He expressed regret that today's meeting is also taking place in a tense situation for Armenia.
“Our region has entered a new phase of escalation, which unfortunately has resulted in further human casualties. Azerbaijan bears the responsibility for this, as its military provocations are aimed at violating our country's territorial integrity and undermining the agreements reached by the trilateral statements on November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021,” noted Pashinyan.
