Body of Armenian Soldier Killed in November 16 Clashes Transferred from Baku to Yerevan
On the evening of November 17, through the mediation of Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District of Russia, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, a special flight transported the body of an Armenian Armed Forces soldier who was killed during clashes following Azerbaijani provocations on the eastern border of Armenia on November 16 to Yerevan.
On November 17, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov was received by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan. During the meeting, the head of Armenia's defense ministry provided details about the clashes that occurred the previous day and shared information regarding captured Armenian servicemen.
Agreements were made to continue intensive work towards both the return of captured servicemen and the search for soldiers who are currently missing in action.
