Lavrov and Bayramov Held Phone Conversation
On November 8, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov to discuss bilateral and regional agendas, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The ministry's statement noted that the ministers continued exchanging views on the upcoming anniversary of the trilateral statement made on November 9, 2020, by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia regarding the ceasefire and the complete cessation of all military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The heads of the foreign affairs agencies of Russia and Azerbaijan also addressed current issues in their bilateral relations and regional agenda.
