VIDEO: Migrants Attempt to Breach the Border - What is Happening at the Poland-Belarus Border
The situation at the Poland-Belarus border remains extremely tense. As previously reported, a multitude of migrants have moved from Belarus towards the Polish border, with some succeeding in crossing the protective barrier.
The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that this is the largest incident in the history of migrants entering the country. The armed forces have been deployed to the border, with combat readiness expected within the next 6 hours.
Currently, there are around 12,000 migrants near the border. The Prime Minister of Poland has convened the anti-crisis council.
