“There is often talk about the opening of an era of peace, or the circulation of a peace document. What peace agreement? The enemy has come into your house, destroying you, and you say - I want peace! First of all, you must remove the enemy, and only then can you enter into a negotiation process, through which peace will come,” said Artavazd Minasyan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, during a press conference. He added, “We must jointly prevent a new November 9.”

Minasyan also stated, “No map or document can be a basis if there are no studies conducted by the Republic of Armenia.”
