Tragic Car Accident in Armavir Region: Collision between Kia and Ford Transit Leaves 1 Dead

On October 16, at around 18:20, a collision occurred between Kia and Ford Transit vehicles on the Armavir-Gyumri highway. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, one person died at the scene, while another was taken to the Armavir Medical Center with injuries.

Following the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the second part of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, as decided by the investigator. The police and investigation department are working to establish the identities of the drivers, the deceased, and the injured.
