Drones Plant Trees for the First Time in the World, Croatia Leads the Way
In Croatia, for the first time in the world, drones have been used to plant trees in forests located in hard-to-reach areas, reports Europulse.
Special "seed bombs" have been created for this purpose, which are dropped by drones from a height in mountainous and remote locations. The drones are designed to carry up to nine capsules each.
The structure of the bombs is made in such a way that they can be easily placed in the drone's cargo compartment. The devices operate in automatic mode.
Greece, Albania, and the USA have already shown interest in the Croatian project.
