A 55-Year-Old Man Killed by Azerbaijani Sniper Fire in Artsakh
A civilian has been killed by sniper fire from the Azerbaijani armed forces in Artsakh. This was reported by Hunan Tadevosyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Artsakh Republic.
“According to preliminary information, today, on October 9, at 13:15, the regional police department of Martakert reported that Aram Tepnants, born in 1966, has sustained fatal injuries from sniper fire in an orchard near the city of Martakert,” he said.
Investigators are currently working at the scene. The information has been relayed to the Russian peacekeepers.
