I Filed a Report Regarding Bastar's Concert and Events on September 21: Lawyer

Just two days ago, I personally filed a report with the Armenian police, the prosecutor's office, and the Special Investigative Service regarding the Russian rapper Bastar's concert and the "colorful" events that took place in the Republic Square on September 21, in connection with the official negligence and inaction of the Armenian Ministry of Health. This was stated by lawyer Emil Markosyan, one of the most active participants in the fight against mandatory vaccination.

"The report concerns the fact that numerous events were organized in Armenia amidst the pandemic. The Ministry of Health was absolutely obliged to take preventive measures, at least in the form of informing the public and the people in some way. They should have at least issued a warning, stating that there is such a spreading disease in Armenia, and so on. However, in fact, there was no information provided, and no steps were taken. Thus, the ministry has jeopardized people's lives and health. I can say that my application has already been accepted by the Prosecutor General's office, and they are obliged to respond within 7 working days about whether the case is accepted for proceedings or not," said the lawyer.
