Azerbaijan Files Counterclaim Against Armenia
Azerbaijan has filed a counterclaim against Armenia at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), according to Azerbaijani media citing information released by the court.
The claim involves alleged violations of the "International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination," with Azerbaijan asserting that Armenia continues its policy of ethnic cleansing and incites hatred and interethnic violence against Azerbaijanis.
It is noteworthy that earlier, Armenia had also approached the ICJ with a claim against Azerbaijan.
