VIDEO: It’s a Normal Road, Says Chief of Staff on Goris-Kapan Road

The National Security Service has issued a statement regarding the Goris-Kapan road segment, while the Chief of Staff has no comments on the matter. This was stated by Chief of Staff Artak Davtyan during a conversation with reporters today, September 21.

“Many comments have already been made on this issue, as it does not directly pertain to the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces. Therefore, I will not comment. The National Security Service has issued a statement which should be taken into account. The Chief of Staff has no comments. This issue is not related to the Armed Forces,” he noted.
