Turkey Supports Ukraine: We Have Never Recognized and Do Not Intend to Recognize the Annexation of Crimea - Cavusoglu
Turkey supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine and has never recognized the annexation of Crimea. This was stated by the head of Turkey's foreign policy agency during a speech at the ongoing 'Crimea Platform' in Kyiv, according to Anadolu.
'We consistently repeat that we have never recognized and do not intend to recognize the annexation of Crimea. However, talking about it is not enough. We stand in solidarity with our other friend and ally countries that support the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine and Crimea,' said Cavusoglu.
He also expressed hope that the 'Crimea Platform' could play an important role in protecting the rights of Crimean Tatars and maintaining the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
