The Winner of the Competition Announced by the Gyumri City Hall Has Disappeared
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that the company "Global Solar System", recognized as the winner of a $1 million competition announced by the Gyumri City Hall, has disappeared. According to the newspaper, an urgent open competition was announced for the installation of solar systems on the roofs of structures under the jurisdiction of the Gyumri City Hall, with four companies participating, and one winner recognized: "Global Solar System".
Details have emerged about the participating companies. It turns out that "Global Solar System" applied to an intermediary organization called "Smart Bit Consulting" to participate in the competition, which presented the procurement package for the tender. However, an uncomfortable situation has arisen: the winning participant is required to submit a contract to the customer within 10 days, but the company has vanished. "We are also searching and cannot find them. We need to send the proposal to sign a contract to the city hall, but we are unable to reach them," representatives from the intermediary organization told the newspaper.
Moreover, the company "Global Solar System" has not even paid for the services provided by the intermediary organization. In addition, a noteworthy detail about the $1 million competition is circulating: information has emerged that a company belonging to Misak Balasanyan, the son of Gyumri Mayor Samvel Balasanyan, also participated in the competition. This concerns "Rostorg". A citizen named Sahak from "Rostorg" stated that he previously, before the establishment of "Rostorg", collaborated with the younger Balasanyan, but currently does not. "I assure you, it's not his business. Should I swear that you will believe?"
