Haik Mamijanyan: Mr. Alexanyan's Appearance and Political Background Suggest His Principle of 'Where There is Bread, There is Shelter'

“I do not like to comment on the physiological characteristics of people, as we all have our flaws, but considering Mr. Alexanyan’s political background, it seems that both his appearance and political trajectory suggest that one of his principles is ‘where there is bread, there is shelter’,” said Haik Mamijanyan, a member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, during his speech in the National Assembly, addressing the statements made by Vahagn Alexanyan of the ruling party.

National Assembly President Alen Simonyan interrupted him, expressing his opinion that Mamijanyan’s comparisons were inappropriate and not correct. “If we start discussing what someone’s appearance suggests, it could lead us to a very bad place,” Simonyan stated.
