Electronic Queue Management System Implemented to Facilitate Vaccination Process
The Ministry of Health announces that there will no longer be a need to wait long hours at vaccination points for COVID-19 vaccinations. To make the vaccination process more comfortable and accessible, an electronic queue management system has been introduced. The aim of this system is to eliminate unnecessary crowding and to regulate existing queues.
Acting Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan visited the vaccination site located at 1 Northern Avenue today to familiarize herself with the operation of the new queue regulation system and the vaccination process regulated by it.
The electronic registration system includes three sections:
- Individuals with Armenian citizenship
- Individuals without citizenship
- Individuals with residence rights
The system aims to facilitate both the vaccination process and consultations. Given that the number of individuals wishing to get vaccinated against COVID-19 is steadily increasing, the Ministry of Health will continue its daily efforts to make the vaccination process more accessible, simple, and reliable for the public.
