16 Individuals Detained Near Government Building: Armenian Police
On July 17, 16 citizens were detained near the government building, reported Edgar Janoyan, the Deputy Head of the Police Public Relations Department.
"The citizens were detained for failing to comply with Article 182 of the Administrative Violations Code, which pertains to not following a legal order of the police," he stated.
