VIDEO: FSB Foils Terrorist Attack in Moscow

Russian law enforcement has thwarted a terrorist operation planned in Moscow. According to a statement from the Public Relations Department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB), an operation conducted in Moscow resulted in the arrest of a Russian citizen.

The agency reported that the man was planning to detonate a homemade explosive device in a crowded area in July. In a safe house he had created, components of the improvised explosive device were discovered, along with information in communication tools about instructions for assembling the device, as well as correspondence with members of international terrorist organizations located in Syria.
