French Foreign Minister and US Secretary of State Address Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict in Washington
The French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian, and United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict among other issues during meetings in Washington on July 13 and 14. This was reported on the official website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“I mentioned our joint efforts toward a strong peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the capacity of co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group,” said Minister Le Drian. According to the Ministry’s message, the minister and the secretary also discussed the situation in Ukraine, relations with Russia, Iran’s nuclear program, and other urgent international developments.
