New Foreign Minister's Name Revealed
According to ArmLur.am, the authorities have made a final decision to appoint Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council, as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Parliamentary Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan have declined to be appointed to this position. It has become known that the question regarding Ararat Mirzoyan remains unresolved. The parliamentary speaker has been finalized as Alen Simonyan, with the deputy prime ministers being Suren Papikyan and Mher Grigoryan, while Ararat Mirzoyan does not wish to take up a diplomatic post. No solution has been provided regarding his appointment. Prime Minister Pashinyan has stated that the matter of appointing him somewhere needs to be reconsidered.
