«I do not recognize myself as guilty: I have not incited anyone, and in general, considering the amount provided as a subsidy to the 'Flash' company as embezzlement is senseless and impossible,» stated Barsegh Beglaryan (of Flash) during the court session.
As reported, the court hearing related to the case of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, and others has entered the trial phase at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.
