Colonel Argam Gevorgyan Dismissed Based on His Report: Ministry of Defense
The commander of the Armenian Armed Forces' N military unit, Colonel A. Gevorgyan, has been dismissed based on his report in connection with gaining the right to a military service pension after many years of service, the Ministry of Defense stated in an interview with Auroranews.
It is worth noting that earlier reports had indicated this concerns the commanders of the Meghri and Mehrabi regiments, Argam Gevorgyan and Artak Tadevosyan. Argam Gevorgyan had been reinstated to his position on June 25. However, after his reinstatement, he was once again dismissed from his post.
Reports indicated that the initiation of a service investigation against them was allegedly related to their refusal to secure votes in favor of Nikol Pashinyan.
