The Murder Near Cinema Moscow Was Committed by a Specialist and a Non-Armenian Citizen
The murder near Cinema Moscow was committed by a specialist and a non-Armenian citizen. This was stated by the Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia, Ara Fidanyan, during a press conference.
Recall that on June 2, a murder occurred on Abovyan Street in Yerevan. The target of the killer was the criminal authority considered as K'yavarci Rafa, Rafael Martoyan, but he managed to escape and get into an armored vehicle, while his driver was killed by the gunfire. Days earlier, the brother of Don Pippo was also murdered.
After the incident, the police rushed to announce that the murder had been solved, but no one has been detained or arrested in connection with the criminal case.
In response to a journalist's observation that police officers are not dealing with their work, leading to an increase in murder cases, Fidanyan noted that operational employees are not involved with external services. He stated that it should not be overlooked that a serious crime was solved in just a few hours.
“It was carried out by a specialist and a person who is not a citizen of Armenia,” Fidanyan pointed out, adding that if the police are not working, how was it solved in just a few hours?
The police claim to have solved the case by identifying the killer's identity, yet he is not in custody, and his whereabouts are unknown. Furthermore, it has not been announced under whose proposal or order the professional killer committed the murder and why the contractor has not been detained.
